Annual Plan

The 2007-2010 Strategic Plan forms the basis for the development of annual plans. In June each year, the Director of Schools oversees the development of the Diocesan Schools System's Annual Plan which will identify within each priority the goals to be addressed, and for each such goal:

  • the strategies to be used to achieve the goal
  • responsibilities of persons/group for monitoring and ensuring success
  • timelines for completion and
  • the criteria to be used to demonstrate success

The Annual Plan is presented to principals for consideration, and to the Diocesan Schools Board for endorsement each year. This informs the CSO budgetary process and the resourcing of the goals and strategies that have been identified for each priority for that year.
